Four languages, including Arabic and Darija
The learner screen displays in French, Arabic (right to left), Darija or English. Each person picks their own.
Drivers, forklift drivers, dockers and contractors enter your terminal amid moving machinery. With a QR code at the barrier, each of them sees the key rules in three minutes, in their language, and you know who saw them before entering.
When an external worker gets injured on your site, it’s your operations that stop and your name that gets cited. What protects you is being able to prove they knew your rules, in their latest version.

No email, no account, no app. You choose how people identify themselves; Sajay Deskless handles the rest.
The QR code is posted at the barrier, at the gatehouse or on the quay. The driver scans, fills in a few details, and starts.
You share the link through your own channels: email, WhatsApp, intranet, joining instructions. Each person opens it on their phone and starts.
Employee ID, phone, email or badge number: you choose what each person enters. Optionally, you import the authorised list and add a PIN code.

Shown at the end of the training, downloadable as a PDF, printable for hand delivery. The gate keeper checks it on arrival.
Registration cap and end date: access stops when the job or the contract ends.
Every session joins the same history, with the version taken, the result and the date. One export for the audit.
Nothing more than needed: first name, employee ID, site… You decide, field by field.
The driver scans at the barrier and sees the key rules in three minutes. They may not be back for weeks: the attestation keeps the record.
Dockers and regular contractors validate the rules once, with a short reminder when a traffic rule changes.
Temporary workers receive the link to the warehouse rules before their first day, and their access closes at the end of the assignment.
The training status is linked to the barrier: your access rules decide what happens to a driver without an up-to-date attestation, for example directing them to the kiosk before entering.
Take what you need. Distribute and track is always included; the other three blocks add to it. Sajay sells the system, not the training content.
Your induction materials (PPT, PDF, videos) become short modules, with audio and video, in your workers’ language, with a quiz. Fixed-price project.
Distribution with no account (public link, QR code, identifier of your choice), tracking per worker, versioned instructions, targeted reminders, attestation and history for the audit. Subscription per site or per validated entry, never per account.
Self-service tablets or kiosks for your existing reception areas and rooms, for those without a phone. Purchase or rental.
Training status sent to your access control via API. Your access rules stay under your control. Project on quote.
A 45-day pilot, no commitment, on one site: Distribute and track, plus a first induction module digitised from your materials. A report with figures at the end.
