Features

Everything Sajay Dispatch does, in detail.

Versions, traceability, learners outside your LMS, access control, and what your IT team will check.

Versions

You pick the live version, and when it goes live.

A new version stays in draft until you decide to publish it.

  • Draft tested before publishing
  • Continue or restart for learners in progress
  • Roll back at any time
Traceability

Every launch is traced, version by version.

Every launch is recorded with the version actually served.

  • Learner, version, result and date
  • Including invited learners with no LMS
  • Export ready to hand to the auditor
Outside your LMS

People without access to your LMS are traced too.

Intermediaries, subcontractors, field teams: send them an invitation. They follow the module in a hosted player, with no account to create, and their run joins the same history, version by version.

  • Named invitation or open link
  • Capped and time-limited
  • Same history, same export as your employees
  • Invitations sent with your logo
You stay in control

Who gets access, until when, and who decides.

Cap per distribution

A maximum number of learners, never exceeded.

End date

Access through your LMS closes, and invitations stop accepting sign-ups.

Sign-ups open or closed

At any time, regardless of the end date, with an invitation link you can regenerate if it spread too far.

Roles & audit log

Four roles, from owner to read-only analyst. Every publish or rollback is logged with its author.

Security & integration

What your IT team and LMS admin will check.

FAQ

The questions to ask before a pilot.

Do I have to change my LMS?

No. Your learners keep the LMS they already use; you simply import a light package that points to our servers.

Will our current modules work?

Yes, if they are in SCORM, cmi5 or xAPI. Settings fix common tracking defects in poorly exported content, without touching your modules.

What does the audit export contain?

For every launch: the learner, the version served, the result and the date.

What happens to our history if we stop?

It belongs to you: you can export it at any time, including at the end of the contract.

How much does a pilot cost?

Its scope, duration and price are agreed together before we start.

See it on your own modules.
