2What this website collects, and what it does not
This website is a presentation site. It has no form, no personal account, no cookie, and no analytics or advertising tool. Only the following situations involve data.
Your display preferences
When you choose a language (FR or EN) or a display mode (light or dark), this choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device. It is never sent to us, and you can erase it at any time from your browser settings.
The messages you send us
Contact links open your email client. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us. This data is used only to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a conversation or a pilot.
We keep them for the duration of our exchanges, then for at most 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract requires otherwise.
Technical connection data
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider. To display the page, protect it against abuse and produce overall traffic statistics, our host processes technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. We do not use it to identify you.
The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser then sends your IP address to Google.
3Our service providers
We never sell or rent any data. Only the following providers are involved, each for its own function:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and delivery of the website.
- Google: provision of the fonts (Google Fonts).
- Email: Google Workspace, to receive and answer your messages.
These providers may process data outside Morocco.
4Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of data concerning you.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@sajay.ai. We reply as soon as possible.
You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
5Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the messages you send us is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.
6What this policy does not cover
This policy only covers the sajaydispatch.com presentation website. Data processed in the Sajay Dispatch application on behalf of our clients, such as the training records of their employees, is governed by the contract signed with each client.
7Changes
We may update this policy, in particular if the website changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
