How much does it cost?
The pilot runs for 45 days, with no commitment and no licence fee, within a defined scope: one site, one module of 10 minutes maximum, up to 300 workers, two languages. It starts with a written commitment: a named owner, success criteria and a decision date. After that, Distribute and track is an annual subscription per site, based on the number of workers, never per account. Digitise, Equip and Integrate are priced per project.
Do people need to install an app?
No. Everything happens in the phone’s browser, from a QR code or a link. People identify themselves the way you decide: employee ID, phone, email or badge number. No account to create.
What about people without a smartphone?
They take the induction on a self-service tablet or kiosk, in your induction room, with their identifier.
What about visitors?
They follow your hygiene and safety instructions the same way as a contractor: a QR code, their language, an attestation.
What about our other facilities?
We start with one site. Then the same module rolls out to your other sites or facilities, each with its own instructions and tracking.
How does refresher training work?
At distribution, you set how long the training stays valid: monthly, every 3 or 6 months, as you need. When it expires, the attestation is no longer valid: the worker retakes the training and receives a new one.
Who creates the content?
You can use your existing materials. If you wish, we turn them into short modules, with audio and video, in your workers’ language: that’s the Digitise block.
Can the attestation be linked to access control?
Yes, as an option. The training status is sent automatically to your access control or contractor management tool. Your authorisation rules decide who enters the site: they stay under your control.
How is workers’ data protected?
You choose the fields requested, for example first name, employee ID and site, and nothing more is collected. Data is processed in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection.
