Everyone gets in their own way.
No account to create, no app. You choose how each person identifies.

Employee ID, phone, email or badge number: you decide how each person identifies. Optionally, an allow list and a PIN code.

2 · Languages and formats
In their language, on their phone.
An instruction only helps if it is understood. The format follows the field, not the other way round.

3 · Tracking and versions
An instruction changes. You stay in control.
Who is trained, on which version, until when: everything is visible, company by company.
Tracking per worker
For each person: what they took, when, which version and with what result. Filter by company, site and period.
Instruction versions
You publish a new version on the date you choose. Everyone sees the version in force, and the history keeps the previous ones.
Targeted reminders
In one click, see who has not yet taken the new version, and remind them through your own channels.
Opening and closing
You set the period during which the link is open, for example the length of a shutdown or a construction job.
4 · Attestation and audit
One proof per worker, ready for the audit.
A sign-in sheet proves attendance. Sajay Deskless proves what was taken, and in which version.
Numbered attestation
Each worker receives their attestation on their phone, with the version taken and their result. It can be found with their identifier.
Refreshers
When you publish, you set the validity period: every month, every 3 or 6 months. When it expires, the attestation is no longer valid and the training is taken again.
History and export
The full history by worker, company and version, ready to export the day an auditor asks.
Entry to your site remains your decision. Sajay Deskless gives you each person’s training status; your own authorisation rules decide.
5 · Data and security
What your IT team will check.
Minimal data
You choose the fields requested, for example first name, identifier and company. Nothing more is collected.
Law 09-08
Workers’ data is processed under Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection.
Outside your IT system
Workers never enter your information system: no account to create on your side, no access to revoke.
Integration option
The training status can be sent to your access control or contractor management tool.
